She has supported the arts in the Bay Area, and especially Palo Alto Players, for more than 50 years. Huberty is an award-winning sound designer for live musical theater and concert productions, and over the past 22 years has designed sound for more than 150 Bay Area productions. For the past 18 years he has provided sound for Palo Alto Players. Huberty is a self-taught sound designer, and as he formally studied photography, he enjoys applying the physics of light to the physics of sound.
